1Cucumber sliced
2 Roma Tomatoes diced
1/2 White or Red Onion sliced
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Garlic
Pepper
Dash of Sea Salt
Parsley
(all to taste)
I just sprinkle it all on and stir
Sprinkle with freshly grated Romano and Sunflower Seeds
more options: dried cranberries, almonds, sliced grapes,
(For nightshade free, omit tomatoes)
